Just what I was looking for,

This review is from: Milwaukee 2611-24M 18-Volt Hammer Drill with Free Impact Driver (Tools & Home Improvement)
I bought this combo because I needed a good cordless hammer drill. I don't really need another impact driver, but at the price I paid it's a nice bonus. My first project involved drilling about 80 holes in a brick wall for tapcon screws. This drill was easily up to the task. It has good balance, a well designed hand grip that feels good in my hand and plenty of power to get the job done. I also like the way the controls are set up. For instance, you can change from driving screws to hammer drill mode without having to change the clutch setting. I compared the Milwaukee to the Makita and the new Bosch and for me the Milwaukee seemed to be the best designed and built.

The drill itself has lots of power..so does the impact...but the battery...would give me 10 maybe 12 3/16 thick holes approximately 3" deep and that the most... from the time u bore the first whole the battery is down a barAs i said good powerful machines..battery life useless i've worked the makita LXT BHp451 much better life and endurance.. |
