The M18 System Works for Me,

I absolutely love the impact driver on this set. It powered through anything I could throw at it even painted over, bairly visible, half stripped, phillips screw heads in the wall studs . Of course, the Sawzall will shave time off any project that requires cutting. Batteries seem to last a long time but I haven't hit them with large quantities of work like building decks or sheds. To my suprise, the worklight has come in handy around the house also.
The only negative I see so far is the diameter of the impact driver housing. It is a little difficult to get into tight places but that's what a smaller electic screwdriver if for anyway. I would buy this again.

I'm a pro remodeler / contractor. Good tools but not great. Good battery life but chuck tends to loosen and bit falls out no matter how tight I try to get it which is frustrating. Good power. Warranty is VERY misleading though. They boldly print the 5 years part but its not until you purchase and read the enclosed fine print info that you find out the truth. Its REALLY only warranted for two years then pro-rated for the final three. I'm just as happy if not happier with my several Rigid brand drills / drivers and their warranty is LIFETIME...even on batteries!!!!
