Decent impact goggles,

These googles are well made, and decently priced. I purcheded them because I cannot wear the standard safety glasses over my perscription eyewear. The goggles themselves are fairly large; more then big enough to fit over pretty much any pair of glasses you may be wearing.
If anything, they may be slightly too big, but their largeness gives you a fairly unobstructed field of vision while wearing. The portion that rests against your face is made of a soft rubber-like plastic and they are fairly comfortable to wear.

I bought these goggles for my Chem lab but was disappointed when I first put them on; these goggles are huge! They not only cover my eyes, but also my nose, cheeks, and forehead. It feels more like that I'm wearing a mask rather than a pair of goggles.
These goggles fog up (I know description says otherwise) but I have to periodically take it off to get rid of the water mist that blinds me. I have a 4 hour lab class and by the end of it, the goggles have drilled lines into my cheeks/forhead where it was resting. These marks last for hours. Conclusion, unless you have HUGE prescription glass and can't find goggles to fit over, don't bother. Get something smaller and more comfortable.

These are actually made in China by Sperian (a company that was called Bacou-Dalloz when they made these for Milwaukee) and they are apparently sold by Sperian as Willson® V-Maxx® Goggle w/ Fog-Ban® anti-fog coating. The smudgy coating on two of three pairs bought for our shop makes the goggles' lenses very hard to see through; they are much less clear than the cheap throw-away blister pack in which the goggles are sold. It is impossible to remove the coating with water and soap or detergent, and impossible to buff it off with a soft cloth. Sperian customer service at 1-800-682-0833 could provide no advice on how to remove the smudgy mess, claiming never to have heard about the problem. I have heard that line too many times from too many manufacturers to believe it any more.
It is a shame the lens is so bad, because the soft vinyl frame and headband are well-designed and comfortable.

Should have paid attention to many reviewers before me. These goggles are pure garbage. lens surface is NOT clear, it's gotta be the "coating" because it's not that hard to manufacture clear plastic. really. So, permanent coating makes these goggles unusable (permanently fogged), i'd rename them to "un-safety goggles" since i imagine it's rather easy to get yourself in trouble if you can't see. Milwaukee should be ashamed to put their name on this horrible product, back to amazon they go, along an "angry e-mail" to customer service at Milwaukee....

Great Goggles,

These goggles are great. They are comfortable enough to leave on all day, easily fit over prescription glasses, and have never fogged-up (a frequent complaint about the DeWalt version). They are large, but that shouldn't present an issue unless you also needed to wear a respirator.

Fit well, works over glasses but fog up like crazy. Thought there was some kind of film over these lenses but there is not... from the start the goggles are not clear. I will spend little more next time and get a better pair.

Cloudy lenses,

These looked like reasonable safety glasses, at a reasonable price, so I thought I'd give them a try. Unfortunately, the lenses are cloudy. I can't tell if it's in the plastic, or a coating, but I've been unable to get them clean. Save your money and get something better.

blurry lenses detract from a good product,

Yes, these googles are large and the shield is well off the face, but they fit very well and are quite comfortable. They feel like a quality product and make a nice seal all the way around. As several previous reviewers have noted, though, they are blurry and the eye shield seems to be stained. It's ironic that they're marketed as anti-fog goggles, as they seem to be permanently fogged. I can see through them, but things are just a tiny bit blurry, just as they are with goggles that are fogged. I tried cleaning the eye shield, but the problem seems to be inside the plastic. It's a shame, as otherwise these seem to be nice goggles.

good fit for glasses wearers,

I recently have gotten glasses and these goggles fit very well over my glasses. I am a hobbyist woodworker and wanted to find a way to protect my eyes and the my prescription glasses. These were perfect and fit my head well and I have had no issues with them fogging up yet.

These goggles fit over a regular pair of glasses, which is very helpful. However, I can not get the lenses "clean", which distracts from their usefulness.
