5.0 out of 5 stars My favorite nutdriver bits
I got tired of buying magnetic nutdriver bits separately. I also wanted a set that would fit into a magnetic bit extension I have. This Milwaukee set is made to order. They are color-coded, which helps me quickly retrieve the right one from my drill pouch. I use these with a Milwaukee V28 drill, but you could use them with anything that will handle a nutdriver. So they...

2.0 out of 5 stars Stay Away!
I bought these for use at work, thinking I'd try them out before buying sets for all my guys. I use Milwaukee tools regularly and have had great success with them, so I thought it should follow that their accessories would be of the same quality. I'm glad I tried before hand... the two most heavily used sizes (for me anyway) broke within two days of use. The magnet...

So they would work in a magnetic handle, a magnetic bit extension, just the chuck of the drill, or even non-magnetic systems that use a ball bearing to lock the bit in. That is what that divot in the end of the bit is for.

The heads of these are tapered and yes that has come in handy several times. I've found myself trying to squeeze the nutdriver head into a tight spot and that taper made the difference.

My only complaint is that I've already managed to chip the magnet on the inside of one of them. I chock that up to normal wear and tear though. It's happened with other nut drivers.
These nut drivers are also impact-rated. So you can be sure that the shank won't be shattering in your face. Don't make me remind you to wear safety goggles.

The magnet came out of the 5/16 bit and the 3/8 bit sticks in the gun's holder, making it useless. They have a shorter shank than the ones I usually buy, which makes them easier to get in and out of tight places. The short shank is the only reason they got two stars instead of one. The whole set is now in the trash... what a waste of money. Don't bother buying these. You'll be let down.

These are the nicest drivers I have used to date. The color strip allows for quick id among a bunch of other stuff. The tapered ends don't bind in tight spaces and the magnets are very strong and hold screws securely. You cant go wrong with this set.

i bought these bits for work the guys there really liked them and i thought they were awesome, today i went to do the first call and on the second screw the magnet fell right off, now it doesn't have a magnet anymore! i wasn't even using a impact driver which i do have, i was using my 3.6v regular electric screwdriver i hope milwaukee has some sort of warranty on them because i really need them for work. The nutdrivers look really good and i don't think they might break , their only problem is the magnet which isn't bonded properly with the bit.

This is a good set of drivers. Color bands help identify size. Wish they included 1 size larger. Driven LOTS of screws, they all still work well.

This set of drivers are what I wanted to go with an electric screwdriver. They work fine with no problems.
