Your D-Handle Router has performed above and beyond the call of duty for years; so it could be time to replace that tired motor. This replacement motor for Milwaukee's 5619-20 D-Handle router features 1-3/4 maximum horsepower for working with harder woods. Topping out at 24,000 RPM, this 11 amp workhorse can keep up with any project that comes its way. The motor works with the D-Handle base assembly (48-10-5619). Your purchase includes the 5619-29 motor, 1/4-inch and 1/2-inch collets and two 1-1/8-inch collet wrenches.

I would love to give this product 5 stars. My other Milwaukee tools are great. This is a great router when it works. But if you check other Milwaukee router reviews you will find lots of people complaining about the bad switch. Its true. I had to send mine back. Lucky it was still under warranty. The switch has a design flaw and Milwaukee refuses to acknowledge it and fix it. I guess this will be my last Milwaukee tool (sigh). Looks like the bean counters are running the company now and are going to run it into the ground. Sell your stocks!
