An extra wide shoe provides greater stability and allows use of a speed square without motor interference. With a bevel capacity up to 50 degrees you can cut joists, rafters and trusses. Maximum depth of cut at 50 degrees is 1-5/8 inch. This saw has fast, smooth adjustments and easy-to-read scales and adjustable bevel pointer.

I just ordered 2, it's pretty much disposable at this price.

I have had the model that looks like this one, from 10 years ago, and enjoy it.


update: SO, when the package arrived, it was a pair of milwaukee battery chargers. It was a too good to be true scenario. I'm not sure why they even mailed them out to me.

We have had this saw on the job for 2 years, and every time I have used it, it drove me crazy.The blade height adjustment is totally worthless.It sticks and jams every time.You have to reset it way too many times to get into position, which if your trying to get the job done it can waste your time.I always get my Porter-cable to get on with it.Work on it Milwaukee!
