Richmond Shepard "America's foremost Mime" has been performing and teaching mime for decades, and this book was his teaching text when he shared his skills in the 80's at the University of Southern California. For the teacher, beginner or advanced student, this is the only step by step instruction book I have found that clearly describes with words and illustrations the basic and advanced movements of mime. Richmond now lives in New York and continues to teach body movement and pamtomime.
