I highly recommend this book for any person that is serious about improving and enhancing their life. The deep insights into human behavior and emotion are logical and confronting. You will be taken into your own mind and experience your feelings and responses and given the opportunity to choose a more open understanding of what you have been through, and perhaps heal. This book or CD set is so important.
