I really enjoyed this book because I also have (MDD) Major Deppressive Disorder. I really could relate to what Lynn was feeling, because I feel the same way she does on a daily basis. I also have been to many psychiatric hospitals. I felt just the way Lynn did in these hospitals. Lynn's story really made me feel not so alone. This book also has made me think about writing my own story. I highly recommend this book for anyone who has MDD or for your close friends and family members.
