For anyone who has dealt with bladder problems or loves someone who has, MIND OVER BLADDER is the answer to your prayers.Technical enough to be helpful, simple enough to be understood by the "technically challenged", and well-written enough to actually entertain, it provides an enormous amount of information and lots of positive reinforcement to solving each person's individual issues. Give it as a gift. The recipient will be eternally grateful.

If no one wants to talk about incontinence and leakage, how did Dr. Rabin figure out a way to present the information with such wit and clarity that now I want to tell everyone I know about this book? We read anecdotes from her many satisfied patients, so we know we are not alone. And there is so much information about what to do to alleviate our problems. Women, suffer in silence no longer! Read this book, and pass the word on!

Who would have thought that a book about attaining continence could be so interesting? Not only was this book humorous, it was obviously written by people who know how to present and explain complex information in a very understandable and enjoyable format. It was so useful for many different "situations" that women face on a daily basis.It "brought out of the closet" a very real problem that is often not discussed and overlooked by many. Every gynocologist should make this mandatory reading for their patients!

Dr. Rabin and Ms. Stein have created a perfect guide for anyone who needs information on this topic. I highly recommend purchasing it for anyone who personally needs help in this area or knows others who do. The writing is clear and concise, the tone compassionate, understanding and even witty as can be predicted by the wonderful title.

This book is both educational and entertaining. If you have the urge I definitely recommend reading this book.

Mind Over Bladder by Jill Maura Rabin M.D. and Gail Stein is very mature and enlightening. If you love your mom, sister, friend, treat her to this gift.

The authors of this book are knowedgable and informative. It is an easy read and I recommend it to anyone who has a bladder problem. You will be comforted to know that there are others who had the same problem as you and they were able to overcome it after reading this book.

For such an admirably well-researched and informative book, "Mind Over Bladder" approaches the subject of incontinence with great sensitivity and heart. It remains highly readable throughout, and Dr. Jill Rabin's extensive experience in the field and obvious care for her patients and readers is palpable. I highly recommend this book to anyone who suffers from bladder control issues, as well as those that wish to know more about this pervasive and highly treatable medical issue.

To my delight, this book is an easy read, even for a layman such as myself. The author is obviously an expert in her area and is able to present and apply the relevant medical principals in a clear and understandable fashion. Thanks for enhancing my understanding. Highly recommended work.

I found this book to be extremely informative, written in simple language so that it was interesting, informative and easy to understand - I know that bladder problems among women are very common and it was nice to be able to have answers to many of my questions in an interesting manner - I highly recommend this book.
