As a Personal Trainer I have learned that to get my clients to go that little bit further in order to achieve exceptional results, I have to teach them how to use not only their bodies, but, more importantly, their minds. This book gave me loads of ideas and examples and has been of immense value in my job. And my own training has benefitted too! A great book, highly recommended to fitness professionals, experienced and begginers alike.

This book exemplifies the meaning of a "Total Body" workout! As an avid reader of Villipigue's books .... this book takes your workouts to a whole new level. I hit a plateau in my workouts and with the techniques described in this book I was able to achieve new results! Not only are the techniques to connect your mind/body useful for your workouts...they are also great for your day to day lifestyle.
