This video really works.

Before watching this video, I always find excuse of not going to the gym; I am an executive for a large firm, and am always going places, visiting customers, having meetings, and work 12-hours days, so, my motivation was low regarding going to the gym - always tired, not in the mood, etc; and when I do go to the gym (once a fortnight), I didn't have the drive to push myself harder.

After watching this video once, and listening to it for a few nights (in bed with my eyes closed), my motivation comes back, I actually want to go to the gym, and when I go (trice a week now), I push harder, for e.g., I used to push 140lbs, now, I don't feel comfortable with anything less than 155lbs or above. And instead of feeling exhausted after 10 pushes, I can now do 30 pushes in a row! My inner strength pushes me to continue, and I feel great after the exercise.

If you have motivation problem going to the gym, this video will likely work for you. Just merely listen to it is sufficient, and of course, watching it will be double the effect!

A hypontic, subliminal suggestion video that really works! I watched it twice a day for two weeks and I couldn't keep away from the gym! It reinforced your attitude to work harder and longer. Helped me through sticking points and progress on weight,reps,and sets. Helped me focus!
