This review is from: Mind Readings : Experimental Studies of Purpose (Paperback)
This collection of papers is among the best I've ever read, on any subject. Marken is a natural in the art of experimentation and a gifted writer. You can learn a lot about how to do experiments by reading his papers carefully. The deliberate omission of conventional statistics and the astonishing results he obtains will, I hope, provide an example of how psychology should be done. Undoubtedly a classic.
