I work in the insurance field and I recommend this CD as an effective way to stay alert while driving. From talking to policy holders who have been involved in accidents I can tell that a good percentage of those accidents are from drivers who aren't paying as close attention to their driving as they should. I own the CD and it has greatly helped my driving. This is good stuff. I recommend it.

"Mind the Road: Waking Hypnosis for a Conscious Commute", by the Apollo Center for Well-Being (http://www.apollo-center.com) prepares drivers to meet the challenges of the road with awareness, consciousness, and clarity in the first few minutes of their drive. The audio focuses a driver's mind on their vehicle and the events around them while reinforcing the best behaviors to reach their destination safely. After listening for few minutes, the driver can listen to other audio, but the positive messages in their subconscious continually work to improve the driving experience.

We have already received feedback from many listeners about avoided accidents, avoided speed traps, and increased relaxation and confidence after listening to the audio. This is a great gift for new drivers, those that have long commutes, or anyone wanting a relaxed driving experience now.
