no formula card!
One of the reasons why I bought the physical version of this book, as opposed to the online version was because it was supposed to come with the yellow formula card, and it didn't. Rather annoying...

Had Gum Wrappers and post it notes sticking out of the book. Some of the pages were torn a part. Came at last min.
