This is a very interesting product. I bought it since mental conservation is a big deal for me. I'm an aging engineer in a very challenging position -- mental decline is not an option! I bought it because of positive reviews in the media (quoting from Wall Street Journal I think).

The program evaluates my performance, adjusts the exercises accordingly, and helps me monitor progress. I have progressed. It seems effective. It is pleasant to work with.

Only concern is the extremely stiff licensing set up. I had planned to have my husband and mother look at it and play with it, but it's set up as ONE PURCHASE/ONE OPERATOR. That's not a big deal, but I'd feel better about it if the terms of license were clear at the outset.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful "biopic", January 27, 2009

I saw this wonderful program on Public Television during one of the Membership weeks where they said you could only get the DVD by joining at $100+. Not so! I found it very easily at Amazon.com and rejoined Public TV at our normal lower rate. Wonderful music and a delighful biography of an icon. Luciano Pavarotti: Life in Seven Arias
