This is a really awesome book. It really stretches my weak mind! However, while I don't think it gave an age-range recommendation, the overall look of the book lead me to believe it was more for kids. Almost every puzzle was way too
hard for my (very smart) 8 year old. My (very smart) 11 year old was able to do maybe 30-50% of them. A lot of the answers are "expressions" that may not even be in use today (it's kind of like having the answer be 8-track and the kids just look at you like "what the heck is that?"!). Just be aware of that.

This fun book is great for elementary. I got it because I sub and thought the kids might enjoy the challenge. Some are easy others are alittle more tricky.
Would buy again.

We took this to a family gathering over Christmas and everyone had a blast trying to figure out the puzzles before anyone else. These are not to hard but you still have to think a bit to figure out some of them. A great book for kids to get their minds moving.
