It is a small Book but it has a lot of Great Stuff in it, It shows you how to make Apple Cider and Apple Cider Vinegar, includes recipes from Soups, Salad Dressings, Sweet and Sour Meatballs and many others, all of them using Vinegar Dr. Earl Mindell's Favorites, he illustrates how to apply Vinegar for Miracles Around Home Sweet Home. How to Cook with Vinegar, Miracles on the Menu among others
The Doctor shows you how to use Vinegar for Burns, Weight Control, Deep Clean Skin, Facial Treatments and Body Beautiful, how to help regulate Blood Pressure, relieve Arthritis, Improve Metabolism and how to Maximize Your Health. I specially like Medicine Cabinet Miracles, where he writes in detail about all the Internal Benefits of Vinegar. I never knew all the wonderful advantages of taking a little Vinegar.
