This iron cord minder did the trick. . Only thing I miss with this one is that is doesn't have the plug-in cord to run from the cord minder to the outlet allowing me to plug my iron cord directly into the cord minder. The cord minder really makes ironing easier.

I have always wanted a cord minder like the one my mother has had for 87 yrs. THIS IS IT! I believe the extra dollars for the foldable type to be well worth it. That feature is what makes it soo wonderful!

I was very disappointed with this product. The clamp does not stay on the ironing board well. It tilts!!! Would have been happy to pay more for a better constructed product.

This iron-cord-tender was even better than I expected. It folds down so you can leave it on the ironing board when you put it away. And the clip for holding the cord in place is secure but doesn't crimp the wire dangerously. I like it and would recommend it.

I read the other reviews which prompted me to buy this product. The plastic screw that is supposed to secure the minder to the ironing board is useless and so is the cord minder. I want my money back!

This cord minder works perfectly keeping the iron cord out of the way completely. It then folds down as promised for easy storage.

I had one of these several years ago that was permanently attached to the ironing board. I decided to look for another one because the cord always gets in the way and I had tried other measures to no avail. I searched the internet and was thrilled to see that Amazon carried them. This one does the trick but my only complaint was that it has plastic parts opposed the the full metal construction on my old one. That one lasted until I had to throw out the ironing board. This one is not as sturdy and I don't see it lasting a real long time but the good outweighs the bad. That plastic part that allows the cord holder to either stand up or fold down next to the top of the ironing board is going to give out after awhile...fortunately for me, I keep it in the basement so I just leave it up.

It works very well, not constructed as strongly with the metal clamps of older versions, but still a very good product.

Very functional product, helps keep the ironing cord out of the way when you're ironing clothes. Easy to attach to the ironing board.
