This dvd was informative from Jon kabat zinn and he explains why we go through the stresses of everyday life.The only disdvantage of this cassette is that you are expecting a full meditation class. It shows you a few brief techniques but is more focused on the interview with him and a meditation class he runs at the institute he runs. However it is interesting to listen to the points he makes.
