ClickArt Fine Art contains a wide variety of classical art, as well as motifs, holiday graphics, and fonts. Images are available for most interest areas including specialized topics such as architecture, work roles, transportation, and animals or birds.

The images are jpeg format, and provide an excellent background image for presentation programs. Once imported into the slide, the image can be resized or cropped to meet presentor needs. For example, a vertical column motif can be aligned on the left side of the page, then text colors changed to match or develop a theme.

The collection contains an excellent array of art reflecting diverse cultures; historical images are numerous and have good color. Although the nature graphics are good quality, the animal images have limited color options. All of the photographic images are clear and provide unique backgrounds.

This program is useful for greeting cards and promotional materials; however a real strength is for application beyond the typical school or home project.

I have gone through so many clip art sets and rarely have I been this THRILLED. Easy to use - you can install it and use their viewer or you can just open them images from you CD ROM drive and check out the images. Not in any funny format, most are in easy to handle .jpg. The are nice BIG images not those tiny unworkable ones. They are high quality. A few photos, but the rest are just what it says - fine art.

A lot of super paintings on every subject, with a good selection of those marvelous turn of the century postcards that was so great for your projects. Also have wonderful selection of designs alphabets and borders. Perfect for printing out to customize all your projects.

PSP addicts who make websets, Sigys and Calling cards...this is perfect. What you REALLY want for a change, not the come-on and later disappointment. You will will be thrilled with this set from Broderbund.

Highly recommend for graphic artists or home projects!

This is a wonderfull collection of work, fonts, photos, etc. This will also run on windows XP. As I have used it for years on my XP machine. Its by far my favorite collection.

I have used ClickArt for several years and just love it. Now I have a new computer with Windows 7 and ClickArt won't install. I'm so sad. And I can't seem to find a similar item to use. ClickArt comes with a book of all the images on the CD. It is so easy to use. You can find just the right picture for nearly anything.

To respond to the person who was unhappy because the product was listed as being for Win 3.1 & Win 95...it is totally compatible to all later versions of Windows as well as any graphics program that may use jpeg format. The graphics in this collection are unusual but very useable for any type of project but especially for making your own greeting cards. You won't see these graphics in every collection you buy. I was well pleased to get the full collection of 8,500 images. I had previously had ClickArt Premium which contained only a selections from this package.

The description of ClickArt stated that it was compatiable with several different operating systems. The item description did not specify an operating system. When I received the product, it was for Windows 3.1 and Windows 95. I run Windows 98. Thus, the item has no value. The item description should have stated those operating systems with which it is compatiable.
