The Mindset For Winning uses a four step mental training program. The book can bring an athlete to a higher level of competition. Most athletes spend a majority of their time practicing on the physical side of their sport. Not focusing on the metal where the biggest gain can occur. The Mind Set For Winning shows how to successfully conect your mind and body to creat a peak performance. With the use of this book an athlete can bring his or her ability to the next level. This is the best mental training book I have ever read it is simple and to the point. I am not overload with research John Curtis states his program too the point. Great Book!
