This book is the very best there is concerning the psychology of investing. It is based on actual research by clinical psychologists in the area of decision making and investing. Even though it has a very meaty and serious undertone it is also very witty. You will find yourself laughing and thinking "Oh god I've done that" at the same time. The book is also well written and easy to read without losing context. If you are ever going to invest during your life you should buy this book!

This book covers the psychological topic of judgemental heuristics and behavioral finance in a way that most people will have no trouble understanding it. The author covers 88 different mindtraps, ranging from the need to be "in control" to the need to be right. It's a must for any serious investor.This book is so good that my company republished it in 1996. |
