All 3 dvd's are awesome. Mindy has such a great teaching style. I especially loved partner medicine ball and slammin' sports training. As a personal trainier, I got a lot of great ideas for my clients and for my own workouts. It's hard to find dvd's and videos that actually show a lot of strength training exercises. I bought this 3 pack especially because it involved working with medicine balls and a bosu, which are 2 of my favorites. Great value too!

I am a male fitness professional recently trying to get back into shape for co-ed indoor soccer. Haven't played in 10 years, not overweight, but now lacking in agility and conditioning. After only 3 workouts with the medicine ball and this DVD (it's not easy!)- my agility has made substantial improvements. This is a great medicine ball workout. There aren't many medicine ball workouts on DVD out there. This is a great one.
