MINE UNTIL MORNING is an erotica anthology that revolves around a courtesan service, their clients, and the courtesan's themselves.

The Only Way Out is the story of Dani Dawson who is a courtesan. She got in the business with her husband Kern as a way to spice up their sex life. Her husband Kern loved to watch his wife have sex with others. Dani stops when he is stricken with cancer; however, her husband's passing has left her with a mountain of debt, and the only way Dani can think of to pay them off is to resume her work as a courtesan. There is one problem with her plan, her brother-in-law Mac. Mac now feels it's his responsibility to look after Dani per his younger brother's death bed request but Mac gets the shock of his life when he discovers how his sister-in-law pays the bill, and what's more, he is not a shocked as he should be, he's turned on.

In The Wrong Kind of Man Cleo is a single-mother struggling to make ends meet when she goes out on a date with Walker one of the regulars at the restaurant she works at. Their casual, sexual relationship grows deeper than they either expected when he happens to meet her daughter and mother and a bond forms. When Cleo finds out what Walker does for a living, she ends the relationship but she can't easily erase the feelings he evoked nor the match-making attempts of her mother.

No Second Chances revolves around Isabel who runs Courtesans. When Isabel runs into her childhood flame, the sparks fly and she and Royce began seeing each other again.

What I loved best about MINE UNTIL MORNING is how the anthology doesn't revolve around typical romance characters (individuals in their twenties and early thirties), but mature adults who are grappling with second chances, growth, pain, and loss.

"The Only Way Out"
Dani Dawson has just lost her husband, which is bad enough but now she has to find a way to pay the mountains of bills left from his illness. Dani has a way to do this and that is to continue being a courtesan. Mac Dawson is Dani's brother-in-law and just before his brother died, he asked that Mac look out for Dani and to make a mysterious phone call. Mac is now faced with Dani's reality and wants to help her out - something that independent Dani isn't looking for. The result is a partnership of the sexy kind. Mac now knows that he wants Dani for himself, but can he continue to love her knowing what she does to pay the bills?

Necessity sometimes makes strange bedfellows. Dani learned this firsthand when, for many reasons, she began working as a courtesan. I could feel her desperation as she made arrangements for each date. Mac had no idea just how wrong things were with Dani and his brother. Shocked with the reality, Mac wants to make things better. I loved how Dani and Mac came off the pages while working their way from hurting sister and brother-in-law to passionate lovers. Their passion built until I wasn't surprised at the combustion between them. "The Only Way Out" brought Dani and Mac together in an erotic partnership that will lead them to a sexy future. An outstanding beginning to this book.

"The Wrong Kind of Man"
Cleo Carpenter has many hats to wear each day: breadwinner, mother, and head of household. Lately, none of these have been easy and Cleo has begun to feel like she is losing each and every battle. Imagine her surprise when a sexy regular at the restaurant where she works asks her out for a move date. That night is an erotic adventure for Cleo.

Format: Paperback
"The Only Way Out". Although the debt is overwhelming as her late husband Kern's medical bills are stratospheric, Dani Dawson knows she did the right thing even as she was horrified by his slow cancerous death. To pay the vultures, she works at Courtesans as an escort. Her bother-in-law Mac plans to be her only escort and with Madam Isabel's cooperation he can achieve his objective of taking care of Dani and being the only man sharing her bed.

"The Wrong Kind of Man". Cleo Carpenter thinks her bad luck run with picking losers changes when she meets Walker Randall. As they seem perfect together, she learns he is a paid male courtesan leaving her to believe she picked another wrong hunk though this time her heart was engaged fully.

"No Second Chances". Courtesan Madam Isabel knows she only loved once in her life, Royce. He has felt the same way about her. When they meet, the heat is on as each knows they remain in love, but she believes her job will end their second chance relationship.

The return to Courtesans (see Hers for the Evening) is a fun time for erotic romance readers as the novellas contain strong characters with a deep theme of whether a beloved will stay with their forever after once learning about the sexual nature of their cherished one's vocation. These are three hot yet profound tales of sex, love, and acceptance (or not).
