I may have a pinpointer 'problem'...I think I've got 7 or 8 now. :-/
This one is just OK:
Stable. Reliable. Seems well made. Texture feels good. LED is nice and bright. Easiest sensitivity adjustment. Batter life is good. Sheath is well made.
Too expensive. Buttons a little harder to press than the 'others'. Sheath/holster requires belt to be 'threaded' through, unlike virtually every other brand which have a velcro/snap belt loop. Sometimes dirt depth is a little disappointing. (Although Propointer 'turbo' trick works for Pro-Find as well.)
If someone give you one, or you already have it, it's a fine pinpointer...infinitely better than the Bounty Hunter/Fisher/Teknetics POS. And it will speed up your target recoveries. It just won't go as deep as a White's TRX, a DetectorPro, or sometimes even as deep as the old-faithful Garrett. And if this kind of thing affects your buying decision: The Whites and Garrett are still made in the U.S. The Minelab used to be made in Ireland. Since 2010, it's been Malaysia.
