After reading mixed reviews for this tea, I decided I would try it for myself. I have been using the tea for 2 weeks now, and have lost 5lbs. I am very happy with my results, and find the tea good for more than just weight loss. It also is very good for my allergies perhaps because of the peppermint, and gives me the extra energy I need throughout the day. I also suffer from IBS, but have found this tea to help ease the symptoms with very little side effects. For the reviewers who suggested the tea causes cramping, it is important to realize the tea does have senna as an ingredient which acts as a laxative. Taken improperly this could result in undesirable side effects such as diarrhea and stomach cramping. I follow the directions exactly one cup of tea after each of my two meals a day. I occassionally snack but have eliminated most of my extra eating. Being on the schedule of the tea promotes discipline with eating. The tea really curbs your appetite too naturally which I also enjoy. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to shed a few pounds and has tried dieting many other ways without success as that has been my main problem too.

It made me feel so sick after having drunk one tea in the morning. I was never told that the symptoms of drinking this tea are severe stomach pain and diarrhea. It is not a normal pain when doing poop, but a pain that I could not handle. I am not gonna continue drinking this tea anymore because I cannot go outside with this symptom that makes me faint. After the first tea, I could not continue the 30 days treatment anymore.

I have been drinking dr ming's tea for 2 months now. It is a great product, I have lost 4 pounds without changing my eating habits. I definitely recommend it!!

First, I have never tried this product, but my friend is now trying.
She is also on a strict diet, so it is natural for her to lose weight despite this tea.
This tea contains laxative, and it may help you lose weight temporarily, but I do not guarantee the long-term effect.

Just I do not feel like trusting this tea, because the picture on the package looks very familiar to me (yes, I am Japanese). He is a famous JAPANESE educator and political theorist (not a CHINESE herbalist), YUKICHI FUKUZAWA, who is famous for the 10,000 yen banknote!

I have been taking this product for three weeks now, and have not seen any results. Everyone's metabolisim responds differently to a given product. Mine did not do what I expected. But thanks to this product I do not suffer from constipation any more, so I will continue to buy for that purpose.

I was skeptical at first, but I knew someone who tried it and lost 15pds. I decided to try it and absolutely love it! I have lost 6pds (3weeks of use and following recommended eating habits). I am full of energy and have not experienced any of the negative side effects. I would absolutely recommend it!

The product gives u cramps and diarrhea. And I had low energy. All from one day of using it. Horrible waste of money. anyone that writes a positive review over it is probably from the company itself. I advise you not to buy this product. Teas are not considered medicine so they are probably not regulated. Good luck to everyone.

the tea itself is not so bad but you have to eat something before drinking it and make sure to drink something else before or after drinking it so that the person will not have any stomach pains or feel faint.

Everybody has different systems and Chemicals in their bodys but this Tea is the bomb, it is awesome and wonderful. i am a food person, love it. it works, I mean it doesn't make you feel like your head is being mess with as suppose you were using prescription pills. common pees, we can't drink the tea and eat all the same bad foods and expect it to work. this teas really works, it makes you pee all the waste and makes you feel normal but yet keep your appetite dowm some., yes I will recommend it.

This is a diet tea but it didn't really diminish my husband's appetite or help him loose weight. It does, however, have a great flavor and just enough natural caffeine from the green tea to give him a boost of energy. According to their live chat customer service one is supposed to take this tea for only 3 weeks as part of a diet plan; after that one should rest a week or two then resume drinking it for 3-week increments.
