So far it is working great.

Sadly had to return it; the power was fluctuating quite badly, causing my computer to act strangely.

It runs slightly over 12v, maybe to 13v, but don't push it.

Pros:
(a) Small! Perfect size for supplying power to a Mini-ITX or Pico-ITX board. Note that the AC/DC adapter is not included. I would order the AC/DC adapter together with the PSU to get a good discount unless you already have a functioning compatible AC/DC adapter available.
(b) Cool and quiet. Yay!!

Cons: One star off for a lack of serious documentation. Hobbyists generally know what they are doing and they know to be careful but it would be very helpful to have a user guide from the manufacturer with photographs depicting precise interfacing the 20-PIN PSU to 24-PIN motherboard PSU connectors. Nobody wants to risk shorting or burning a motherboard or anything else, for that matter!

Notes for 24-PIN motherboard PSU connections:
(a) The PSU clip will not line up to the motherboard catch for grasping. However, the clip and catch should still be on the *same* side before making the PSU connection.
(b) Viewing with the motherboard catch "on top" ("north"), the PSU connector should be inserted flush right (right-justified) into the motherboard PSU connector. This aligns PIN 1 on both connectors.
(c) The left-most 4 motherboard PINs will be left exposed (unused) which is not an issue according to the supplier.

I'm delighted with the PicoPSU. It's tiny and very efficient. My Mini-ITX system with two hard drives sips just 20 watts, saving me about $80 per year relative to my prior home server. The only problem I had was the fact that the PicoPSU doesn't have a 4-pin CPU Power Connector. This is a square 2x2 plug that typically attaches near the CPU. Some boards will run without anything plugged in there, but my Biostar NM70I-1037U was a no-go. Why they include a floppy drive power connector but not a 4-pin CPU connector is beyond me.

Anyhow I just robbed a 4-pin connector from an old PSU and wired it in with the PicoPSU.

Really neat, efficient device. Just be sure you have the connectors you need.

I have a Raspberry Pi mounted to a FairyWren ITX motherboard. I picked this to power the board and it was too small. I needed the 24 Pin version. I have no doubt that it is well made and will work well for other projects that need this kind of power supply.

Sadly had to return it; the power was fluctuating quite badly, causing my computer to act strangely. I've measured with a multimeter the voltage and current, and it was not really stable. I assume that was a defective item, that came like that from the factory. I know others that purchased this item and it works just fine, so I guess once in a while you may have issues with electronics.

The voltage would have variation of .2 to .7 in less than few seconds; the current variation was smaller but still was way above the expected tolerance. I have a standard ATX PSU (not even a top of the line), and I would get readings that would fluctuate in the order of the 0.01-0.09....one order of magnitude smaller basically. Some main board may be more tolerant with the variation; mine didn't like it at all, especially the video out, which would loose sync with the monitor at random.

The size is awesome; no moving parts, super quiet. It fits basically anywhere you have few inches.the only caveat is that if you load it more than 65% of the total watt consumption, you will need a fan blowing on it, otherwise it overheat (this is what the manual says; I needed just 45W, while the PSU is rated for 120W max, so I was below 50%).

Other than that, when they work, they are great.
