One of our stops in Europe for 2015 will be London. I've never been there, and have some wonderful app and off-line GPS apps that I used in my Euro2013 trip that will get us to where we are going. However, I also have one foot in old school ways, and I love seeing a physical map guide before me, one in which I can turn the pages back and forth. This is pocketbook small, and very handy to carry. I love the vivid color delineations of streets, waterways, etc. The alphabetical index is easy to use. I would highly recommend this for those of us who still want a guide that we can hold in our hands.

I thought I had ordered the thin mini version, not this overly thick one. There is nothing mini about this one so it will be hard to carry around. The small, thin, pocket version is much more portable and packs a lot more information.

Lived in suburban London for several years before GPS and always used the full size A-Z Atlas to get around. If you are traveling to Central London, the Mini A-Z will work great but it does not cover as much area as the full size Atlas.
