I bought this doll for my 2-year-old daughter while I was pregnant with my son. Since she was going through that "mommy" stage where she always wants to nurture her dolls like a baby, I wanted to get her a doll that could be her own baby while I had my baby (my son that was coming) to care for. She has other baby dolls but they are just too big for a toddler & she always seem to struggle carrying them around. This doll is the perfect size! It also looks a lot cuter & more realistic. The doll comes fully clothed with a one-piece, booties, cloth diaper, baby hat & a certificate of ownership. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that from the picture I assumed that I was going to get a doll dressed in blue for a boy (wanted it to be like my daughter caring for her brother) but I received one dressed in pink instead. Other than that, shipping was fast and overall, I'm pleased with this purchase.

This newborn baby doll is so cute. Its smell like a real baby, his skin is so soft and even the small details like the toes' nails look like a real baby. My 4-years-old daughter loves it. I highly recommend this newborn baby doll to anyone.

I bought this doll for my friends and neighbor's new daughter, who is Asian (Chinese) -- her new parent's and siblings are of another race -- for her first birthday. The extremely high quality and detail in the the life-like features can't be overstated. The doll even has on an extremely well-made cloth diaper with durable velcro fastners. Not only did this doll bring a smile to the baby's face, but the mother loves it too!

This doll is perfect size for toddlers younger than 2. And unlike ones I found in Toysrus, its body is not made of soft cloth with cotton stuffing. It is decent and realistic, and I like the fact the arms and legs are movable. Some people complained about the smell of Mini La Newborn and I also noticed about it. Then I realized the smell is coming from the diaper and washed it. After the wash, the smell didn't bother me at all. The sad thing is that my daugher wasn't much interested in this doll. May be she is too young, or doll is not her thing.
