We've used the Mini Softalk for 25 years, and it doesn't matter how large or small the handset, so long as you position it just right, it will be comfortable. Always center it, and always position it a little closer to the top of the handset. Softalk also makes a larger version, and it works well, too, but we've preferred something less cumbersome when not entering into a long conversation.
Remember, if your handset has the speaker on the back of the handset, DON'T get a shoulder rest.

Small phone rest,
Phone rest is small as advertised to fit on my new cordless telephone. However, it is not as thick as I would have liked and I still find it difficult to rest it on my shoulder.

Only works for flat back phones,

It is important to realize that it only will work for completely straight back phones. If your phone is slightly curved (like mine), it won't stick correctly. Bummer.
