I was so excited to get this for my car (I LOVE hippos).

On the positive side, it looks exactly like it does online, and I love to watch it wiggle when I hit a pothole.

On the negative side, the piece on the bottom that's supposed to anchor it to the dash doesn't work. I ended up having to get some of those photo-mounting squares so it wouldn't fall off. Also, the glue that holds the top half of the hippo to the spring that makes it move is really cheap. It ended up melting in the summer heat, so when I got in my car one day, the top half of the hippo was on the floor. Good thing superglue fixed that issue.

Overall I'm happy to have a hippo hula-ing on my dash, just wish it had been made better.

this was this years "joke" gift. turns out it was not thought to be the joke gift since it was liked so much. All the family loves this little gal.
