Very fast shipping. The DVD was very informative, I watched it 3 times before I finally groomed my dog with a razor. My grooming wasn't perfect but I LOVE the results! I am not a big fan of the super short cut so I plan to perfect a softer look. One thing I would do different is use a different blade for the sanitary, or change the order, shave face first then sanitary.
I contacted the groomer with a question and she was very quick with an answer. I found out that if your dog doesn't have matts you can wash and dry them before you start trimming him/her. I think that is a big time saver.
I would also like to say that seeing how to express the oil sacks was worth the price of this DVD. It is so easy and every owner of small dogs should know this, just be sure to have some tissue on hand when you press those two points. :D
I highly recommend this DVD. Like the other reviewer said, "This lady really knows her stuff". She talks you through every step and remains calm while doing it.
My dog even gave me a few kisses while I was trimming him, I think he now "gets" that he won't have to go to the groomers ever again.

I would recommend this dvd to others. The amateur filming makes it a little rough around the edges, but VERY INFORMATIVE and you can certainly gather that this lady knows her stuff.
