Professional Engineer (Florida)
I am a Professional Engineer in Florida. The ASCE 7-02 Design Loads form the basis for most building codes. It is absolutely necessary for working professionals to be familiar with this publication.

Overstating condition of items
In general, all sellers in Amazon.com overstate the conditions of the items to improve their prices. This is not the exception. The item was shipped and received on time.
