Exactly what I wanted
The book was exactly what I needed for my Structural Loads and Systems class. It is the 2005 version, NOT the 2010 version. The shipping was fast, and the book was in excellent condition.

ASCE 7-05
I needed this personally to study for an exam. I purchased a used one since it will be replaced by a newer code next year. The book was in good shape but marked up a lot with the previous owner's notes. I wish I would have known that because I wanted to mark up for my use. It was delivered in reasonable timing.

Manual is exactly what I wanted and need in my structural engineering work. I will continue to replace them as soon as they are obsoleted by IBC specifications.

Good book, easy to find what you're looking for. Unfortunately this book is kind of useless is some respects since the building code in the US follows the IBC.
