Our daughter weighed 7 lbs 5 oz when she was born and to our surprise everything swallowed her. We literally had a closet full of clothes that she couldn't wear and they were all 0-3 months. Even the few newborn outfits we had were too big for her.

We got a packages of these onesies at our shower and I figured they were just like the rest...too big...so they were in a drawer for later. Well after a terrible day of spitting up (later we discovered she had reflux) we were out of onesies, sleepers and gowns. So I opened this pack. To my delight I discovered they fit her better than anything we had for her.

Granted tgey were still a bit big but after they were washed they fit her perfectly. I went back and bought the blue and yellow packs too! They aren't made as good as say Gerber but they hold up just the same and they fit her just as long. Well actaulyl they fit her longer because she could wear them sooner.

Theses have become part of our standard shower gift now and so far all our friends and new mom all say the same thing...they are the only thing that really fit well that first month or so!

I love these little onesies. They are very thin, and are perfect underneath just about anything. The sleeves are also "cap" sleeves, so they are shorter than normal, and they go well under short sleeve outfits. My daughter has Mongolian Spots (it looks like bruises all over her back), and I've always been self conscious about it, so I keep onesies on her through every season. These are great in the summer or the winter! I stock up on them whenever I get a chance. I think they run a little smaller than most onesies, though. I'd say they're definitely for babies that are more on the petite side.
