We previously had that awful hollywood lighting strip like in dressing rooms, with the 8 light bulbs in a row. We had trouble replacing it with anything at our local hardware store, as the wires out of the wall came out from a hole that was off-center to our vanity mirror, so we needed something with a large back panel to hide the wires. This was the nicest one we saw.
The reason I gave it 5 stars was that we worry about its security from falling off the wall. The back panel is very secure with lots of screws and bolts, but then the outer aluminum panel that holds the lights with the heavy shades is only secured with the four little knobs! But so far, those knobs have not come loose, and it has not fallen(!), so they might just be enough! it just seems strange that the most secure thing isn't responsible for holding the heaviest thing, unless that is the way all light fixtures are.
In general, however, we are very happy with this fixture and it looks very nice.
