I use this motor on an Intex Mariner 4 boat. The first time I took it out on the lake the boat was loaded with four adults (@ 625lbs) and we were still creating a wake. An added bonus is the ability to maintain the perfect trolling speed from one end of the lake to the other.

Motor was as advertised. Shopped all over for this motor and wound up on Amazon where it was brand new, not marked up and the shipping was free and I recieved it within 4 days. Hell of a purchase.

After ordering, trolling motor show up very quickly and in great shape. Installing on a personal 9' pontoon. Plenty of power for fighting head winds and the 36" shaft puts the blades down where they need to be. Put a 7" pedestal and swivel under the seat to make it way more comfortable to use. Motor is hooked up to M-K battery box...nice, easy package to use and to handle. Haven't used it much yet - lots of spring windy days and still pretty nippy. Great service from Amazon, as usual.

I purchased this motor for my canoe and it works great, two people and minimal gear going up (and down) stream on a river with a current of 1- 3 MPH. I have used it only 4 or 5 times and would only wish for a quicker method of getting the motor out of the water. I have come upon rocks unexpectatly and have already slighltly damaged the prop because I could not get it up fast enough. If I had to do this over again I would look for that feature. if you are in deeper water or a soft bottom this would not be an issue.

So far we are satisfied with this motor. It is working great & doing what it was advertised to do. True what others said about a bit too much power in low speed.

Works perfect, just like my old one. Won't set any speeds records but it pushes my 10ft Jon around perfectly. It would be nice for it to be 50% slower on 1. But no complaints.

This thing is great. I fish quite a bit on Lake Kississimme in Florida and the weeds and grass are difficult to move through. This thing pushes my little 14 foot almuninum boat through them better than the gas engine. There seems to be something about the design of the blade that just cuts through the weeds.

can't say I'm displeased or upset about this trolling motor.i own two 8 person inflatable rafts even with the weight of 4 people,two raft's,a large full ice chest,and a marine deep cycle battery that ways about eight pounds.one of these motors had no problem.i must say that it's nice to relax in the quietness this motor provides especially with as fast as it push's me
