This is the recommended battery charger for the Minn Kota Endura Motor. Trust me when I say I have know idea today after my purchase of the battery charger of what I was thinking. For example what effect does the battery charger have on the motors service life? Actually my choice was about price here and after checking around my locality the price for battery chargers was a little bit more than Amazon. However with free shipping and delivery within two days of ordering it turned out to be the right choice for us. Also it is a portable charger small enough to be packed away with the other camping gear and pull out at the tent site with electrical hook-up to charge my battery overnight. It does the job with no problems LED's tell you when the battery is fully charged, and if a charge is necessary. A 115 ampre hour marine battery from recharge state takes a full 7 hours. But that is what it is I don't know if you could charge the battery any faster without doing it damage. Nice ergomonic handle built in to unit for even easier carrying. Remember you don't have to buy it because you have a Minn Kota motor it works on all marine battery' regardless of which motor the battery will be connected with.

I received this in about 3 days and put it to work right after I opened the box. It works great and is very easy to use. It will easily recharge a deep cycle marine battery overnight. I like the overcharge protection feature in case you forget to take it offline.

I purchased this charger for a marine battery that I use on a 40lb thrust Minn-Kota trolling motor mounted on an Intex Mariner 4 boat. My brother-in-law has the exact boat, motor, battery, etc. although he uses a "fancier" charger with several additional geegaws. Last weekend we were both camping at the same lake. the charge on my battery lasted 2+ hours longer than his.

Who hasn't purchased a charger only to find it's much flimsier than expected. Imagine my surprise when this unit arrived. It's solid, simple and looks like it will last a nice long time. It charged the marine battery up just fine, and displayed an easy to understand status light that lets you know when the battery is ready.

Excellent product. No complaints. If you want a hassle-free method of charging your Marine Battery, this unit will do that trick. I'm a big believer in spending my money once. Better to pay a little bit more for quality at the outset, rather than have to replace a cheaper unit within the year. This charger will not disappoint.

Very easy to use, it is nice to know when the charge is complete. It does take a while to charge the marine battery I bought though. So far I am satisfied with the product.

I use the MK-105P battery charger about once a week to charge up my deep cycle battery for my trolling motor and it works great. Every time I come back from fishing, I hook up the battery and it charges it overnight and it's ready to go for the next time. I especially like that after it charges my battery the light turns amber letting me know the charge is complete and it doesn't overcharge my battery.

BOUGHT THIS TO REPLACE A 15 YEAR OLD SEARS CHARGER THAT I USED TO CHARGE MY BASS BOAT BATTERIES. IT WORKED FINE FOR ABOUT TWO MONTHS AND THEN DIED. DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE ON A SECOND ONE SO I PURCHASED SCHUMACHER SHIP N SHORE. I'VE HAD MINN KOTA TROLLING MOTORS IN THE PAST THAT WORKED JUST FINE SO I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN THIS CHARGER DIED SO QUICKLY.

I bought this charger from Amazon thinking this had the capacity to charge two different batteries simultaneously (based upon the product photo). The actual MK-105P has only one set of clamps and can only charge one battery. Amazon made a "mistake" by substituting a picture of a different model. Now I have to send it back. Not to sound paranoid, but this is the second time this has happened to me in three weeks with trying to buy boat items from Amazon. I'm going to my local marine store from now on, as the price difference isn't significant once you factor in the shipping from Amazon. Sloppy work Amazon...

This is a charging station to charge your battery. This is not a power supply.
You have one end with 120v (your regular house-hold electric socket) and the other
end with red and black clamps (as you see in the product photo). You clamp your battery according to red and black color and plug it into the socket for a recharge. This product recharges your battery and that's it. The display lights show you whether your battery is "charging" or "charged". I made a mistake of thinking that this product can also be a power source (when recharged again) so I can use carry it on my boat in case my battery dies out and let the battery to draw power from it.
