5.0 out of 5 stars A must have if you camp in MN, May 10, 2007

This review is from: Minnesota's State Parks (Paperback)
This is an excellent book that has all the same information you find on the DNR website or in campground maps at state parks. The best part is it's all contained in one very handy book instead of countless pages of campground maps. It also has history of state parks, geology, etc that you also find in the DNR handouts. All in one handy book. We use it constantly to decide which state park to visit on our next adventure

2.0 out of 5 stars Little Detail, January 8, 2011
This review is from: Minnesota's State Parks (Paperback)
This book is fine but...

It only has a few pages on each park and doesn't give much more info than the number of camping spots, bathrooms, miles of hiking trails, etc.

It would be nice to have some more specific info on each park, something I couldn't get from the DNR website.
