the moccasins were purchased to go with a costume but the quality is so good they are worn daily. great craftmanship. would order again !

I bought two pairs of these beaded moccasins for my nephews. The original motivation was the three-and-a-half-year-old nephew solemnly saying that he "needed" a Native American costume for Christmas because "I've never had a bow and arrow before." I don't prefer to supply weaponry, especially to preschoolers, but I decided to get the rest of the costume for him and his older brother. These moccasins were the only ones I could find that weren't the horrid-looking, half-mangled ones from the tacky temporary Halloween store, so I decided to order them.

They're great! These are shoes that you could actually wear for everyday purposes! They're sturdy enough that they boys will be able to run around the house, or even outside without having to worry about what's happening to their socks. They look neat (just like in the picture). Their softsole construction is both highly traditional (although they add a Dr-Scholl's-like foam insert for comfort) and good for the muscles in growing feet. I'm thinking about ordering more for the rest of the kids -- if only the company listed all of their (dozens of!) varieties on Amazon.com!

Also, if you're going on a "China diet," these shoes are some of the few which aren't Made in China. Instead, they're made in the Dominican Republic, which is not only close to Florida (which means fewer fossil fuels spent transporting your purchase), but also a democracy.

My sister loves these moccasins, and always have them on. They are sturdy and she can go outside with them on. I would recommend them for any child.

I bought these moccasins for my 2 year old since he loves American Indians. They are great quality and look just like the pictures. They are very durable and my younger son will be able to wear them when my older one has outgrown them. They do run quite small. We had to exchange the pair we originally bought for a bigger pair. Amazon makes the exchanges so easy! This was around Christmas time, and I easily got another pair in two days. I would definitely purchase them again.

The moccasins were great but wrong size. When I asked to exchange for a bigger size and pay the difference if there was any they wouldnt do it. They simply said buy a new pair. Will not purchase from them again. Waste of money and time to even try.

the shoes are as cute as the picture and my daughter loved them but the size was way off. she wears a size 3 in shoes, so that is what i ordered, but when they came in they were a couple sizes too small. she really needed about a 5 in womens.

These mocs are cute, but the toddler size (8) I ordered was just way too narrow for my daughter's feet. It's as if the foot last used was just a smaller version of an adult's foot -- but grownups have much narrower feet, proportionally, than little duck-footed toddlers. Had to send them back. Too bad.

I bought these a few years ago for my oldest son. He has since out grown them, but wore them quite a bit. Even so, they were still in good enough condition that his younger brother now wears them. In fact, he wore them to a pajama day at school since they are so durable. Well made, and well worth the price.
