Remedies are for England and Austrailia. Legal cases are from those countries. I was looking for United States remedies. I did not read book.

This book provides a very thorough and comprehensive treatment of the English & Australian company law on remedies available to minority shareholders, providing case law and statutory authorities as well as academic opinion and the direction of legal reform. It is written in simple language which is ideal for laypersons and corporate law students alike. The book systematically approaches each of the remedies, such as the common law personal action, derivative action, statutory unjust prejudice provision, and self help measures. What is good is that rather than just looking at the remedies in themselves, she applies them to her categorisation of types of companies into public companies, corporate quasi-partnerships and 'others'. Definitely a useful guide for other common law countries such as Canada, the US, Malaysia and Singapore.
