Have been using the Minox 10x42 for 6 months now and have been extremely pleased with it. When I looked to purchase a pair of binoculars, I checked out the other top brands - leica, zeiss, nikon and others and while I preferred the leica ba model by a hair, it also cost twice as much.

My Minox are the same model but different magnification. 18 X 58 mm, The Flourite ed glass lenses in these binos are fantastic. I've seen open clusters and various asterisms with clarity that still surprises me after using glasses many times + true to color.
