I read this book in one of my master classes and took the advantage of reading it in my life. Especially the communication chapter describes all the required traits that you should do in your both professional and personal life in order to become an effective people. Easy and practical read about Leadership,

The book is easy and fast to read. No chapter takes longer than 10 min. to read. Full of practical examples and suggestions. It's esp. useful for new leaders or people just entering Management/leadership positions. But it also offers great thoughts for people who are already involved in leadership.
