margaret richard has a knack for introducing us to exercise that is do-able, simple, yet effective...this coming from one who hates exercise. i've recommended this video to friends who are doubtful about video exercises or who say that most videos are too difficult. women who are concerned about osteoporosis and skeptical about weight lifting can be very comfortable with this presentation.
