Lawsuit: The U.S. Supreme Court said Thursday that a competitor can sue Minute Maid for calling one of its drinks "Pomegranate Blueberry," although pomegranate and blueberry juices make up only one-200th of its contents.

The "Pomegranate Blueberry" drink, introduced in 2007, contains 0.3 percent pomegranate juice and 0.2 percent blueberry juice, and otherwise consists mostly of apple and grape juices, which cost less to make. The label invites consumers to "Help Nourish Your Brain" and features "Pomegranate Blueberry" in large letters, followed by "Flavored Blend of 5 Juices" in smaller print.

The flavor is exceptional. I love this juice. Yes, I read the review about the lawsuit, but the I opinion about the flavor and consistency remains the same. Although the juice is currently, I hope its re-launched with another name.

I love this juice. I buy it buy the case when I can find it. Apparently others think so too, because you can't hardly find it. It is sweet and good just like any other juice. I wouldn't want a thing to change with this juice.

This is a really good juice, but only after you add a bit of your favorite sweetener. Without it, it's really rather bland.

I have lost 40 pounds in 7 months and am still on the way to losing more! This product is a part of my own weight loss program that I have fully documented online in a special report. You cannot go wrong with this product and I normally drink half a glass twice a day. Just Google my name or seedoflife, find my blog, and come back here to buy the juice or click my Amazon link to get it today as well!
