I am a huge fan of Kenneth Blanchard's work, One Minute Manager Series. He has produced yet another great example of being an effective leader through Situational Leadership. Team Building is the most efective way to achieve high performance but team members can impede their own progress. This book is very detailed in providing steps for anyone working with teams. With so many different ideas and personalities to consider, I feel more confident to create committees and recognize "team behavior" by being prepared and responding appropriately.

This books is a great book for people who are managers or team leaders because it gives great examples and details on how to build a great team. However without anything to relate to, the information can be dry and tediously redundant for non-leader position people.
