I loved the conversational tone of this book. It feels like Lauren is a friend that is right there with you. You can feel her warmth as she shares her great insight, her own personal experience and simple and quick stress relief exercises that anyone can do..

The title grabbed my attention and I purchased 5 copies to share with friends even before I read the book and now that I have, I will certainly be purchasing additional copies!!!!

What a great book!! I love the quick easy tips that Lauren gives at the end of every chapter. This really is a book that you can use over and over! Such an easy read. I like it as much as her last book, "99 Things you wish you knew before stressing out".
