This was my first official Christmas read for this year and I have to say that it was a perfect kick off to great holiday reading! This was such a fun and enjoyable story! I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
Jessica is the owner of a toy store and known to all as Mrs Claus. Christmas was once a magical time for her until her husband passed away two years ago. This year, Jessica has decided to skip celebrating Christmas and instead plans on spending it on a sunny warm beach.
C.J. has just found out that he is a father to a rambunctious six year old, Sarah, who has just recently lost her mother. C.J. wants to give Sarah the perfect and most magical Christmas he can and in order to do this, he tries to enlist the help of Jessica. He needs a Mrs Claus, however, Mrs Claus has decided to hang her bonnet up. Will C.J. be able to help restore the sparkle that once was for Jessica or will she remain firm in her decision to spend Christmas lounging in the warm sun and sand?
Through the magic of the season, three lost souls find that things do not always go as planned and that anything is possible. The wonderment of Christmas is all around - you just have to look and open your heart to it.

This is not a keeper. It's a way to pass the time, but the title doesn't deliver on its promise. This is my first acquaintance with this writer. Maybe other works are better set up.
