About the Author
Hadi Mirrafati has eight years in organic food production. He received his bachelor's in Plant Pathology in 1976 from Mississippi State University and Master's in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health in 2001. Mirrafati, a doctoral candidate in Holistic Nutrition, has published Health and Beauty and Indoor Plants and Decorations. He lives with his family in Southern California.
